C87600 Silicon Bronze casting (UNS C87600), known internationally as CC211A (BS EN 1982), DIN CuSi3, and IS 318 Gr.SiB2, is a medium-silicon copper alloy with 3.0-5.0% silicon and 0.8-1.5% manganese. Melt temperature 1050-1100 deg C. Tolerances CT7-CT9, surface finish Ra 6.3-12.5 um. Lead times 1-2 weeks from existing patterns. The high silicon content of C87600 contributes to exceptional surface hardness after centrifugal casting, ideal for bearing and bushing applications.

Ideal for medium-complexity components in quantities of 500-50,000 pieces.
