Ideal for valve bodies, marine hardware, pump housings, architectural elements, and earthing hardware. Lead times 1-2 weeks from existing patterns.

Ideal for bearing bushings, pipe flanges, valve seats, and cylindrical bodies.

Ideal for precision marine hardware, artistic bronzes, architectural hardware, and precision electrical components requiring complex geometry.

C87500 Silicon Bronze Permanent Mold Casting (gravity die casting) uses reusable steel dies preheated to 200-250 deg C for high-volume production with excellent dimensional repeatability (CT5-CT7). Finer grain structure and higher mechanical properties than sand casting. Ideal for quantities of 500-50,000 pieces. Die life 10,000-50,000 shots.
