LG2 Bronze Alloy Casting
LG2 Bronze Alloy Casting is the most widely used leaded gunmetal specified under BS 1400 LG2, containing nominally 85% copper, 5% tin, 5% lead, and 5% zinc — the classic 85-5-5-5 “ounce metal” composition. LG2 offers excellent pressure tightness, good machinability, and versatility across a wide range of industrial applications. Indicative price: US$ 8.50/kilogram.
